BERWICK – Rep. David Millard (R-Berwick) will offer a Concealed Carry Seminar for residents of the 109th Legislative District on Wednesday, April 25, from 6-8 p.m. at the Reliance Fire Hall, 501 W. 3rd Street, Berwick.

Columbia County District Attorney Thomas E. Leipold and Columbia County Sheriff Timothy Chamberlain will provide information about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws and how to safely interact with police while carrying a concealed firearm.

“I often hear from constituents about the need for informational concealed carry seminars,” said Millard. “I am happy to offer an opportunity for Columbia County residents to hear from our elected officials about this important topic.”
