Concealed Weapons and Active Shooter Program
I'm pleased to sponsor a concealed weapons educational event to give residents an opportunity to learn more about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws and how the state’s Castle Doctrine affects their rights as gun owners. Additionally, the program will include safety measures to keep in mind in the event of an active shooter situation.
||Wednesday, Aug. 31
||Industrial Arts Building at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds
Speakers for the event will include Sheriff Tim Chamberlain, District Attorney Tom Leipold, and Deputy Earl “Skip” Mordan.
The event is free, but space is limited. RSVPs are required to attend.
To RSVP, residents should sign up below or call Millard’s district office at 570-387-0246 no later than Monday, Aug. 29.
