Millard District Offices Excel in Constituent Service
HARRISBURG – The district offices of Rep. David Millard (R-Berwick) ranked third across all legislative offices for their outstanding efforts in processing state-related paperwork for residents in 2015, according to newly released numbers.

In total, Millard’s district office staff processed 3,107 pieces of constituent services work last year, such as birth and death certificate requests and motor vehicle and driver licensing forms. By comparison, the average number of work processed by other legislative offices was 605.

Millard’s district office staff can assist with the following:

• Assistance with PennDOT paperwork, such as lost cards, changes, corrections, and placards for persons with disabilities.

• Applications and assistance with Property Tax Rent Rebate forms.
• Access to most Pennsylvania state tax forms.
• Information on hunting and fishing in Pennsylvania.
• Coordinate tours of the State Capitol.
